Polony sandwich: Take 2 slices of bread. Spread with butter and mayonnaise. Place some lettuce, a slice of tomato and a slice of polony on one slice of bread. Cover with remaining slice of bread and wrap sandwich.
Cheese sandwich: Take 2 slices of bread. Spread with butter and mayonnaise. Place cheese on top. Cover with remaining slice of bread and put in snackwicher for two minutes. Take snackwich out and wrap.
Egg & Mayonnaise sandwich: Take 2 slices of bread. Spread with butter and mayonnaise. Place one baked or fried egg on one slice of bread. Put some lettuce and a slice of tomato on top. Cover with remaining slice of bread and wrap sandwich.

Seasonal variation:' In winter, customers will prefer hot snacks e.g. snackwiches and I shall also sell soup. During festivals, my staff will be doubled and sandwiches will cost R1.00 more than during normal times (R7.00 in normal times; R8.00 during festivals).
Pricing strategy: The products will be of a high quality and clients will prefer my products even though some competitors’ products may be cheaper. My business must be profitable.

Typical day: Manufacture products, clean equipment and shop, buy new stock, sell and deliver products. Everything will be handled by a trained assistant and myself. Backup plan: If I am unavailable, my children will be my substitute. My children and my assistant must know where everything is and what needs to be done. Weekly processes: Planning, buying stock, manufacturing, cleaning, selling products, banking Monthly processes: Balance books; pay staff, telephone, electricity, water, taxes due; planning business for following month.
