It must be a real, profitable business and it must be possible to earn a living from running it. The business should also obey the laws of the land. Other than these rules, any and every business is allowed.

It is recommended that "cash and carry" type businesses (where goods are simply bought at the nearest convenience store and then resold) are not especially viable. If the buying and selling is taking place across vast distances (or between disconnected areas) then it may be fine. Everything depends on the level of activity in that business already.
